JVC Remote Lens Control for GY-HM600/650 and GY-HM850/890 camcorders
The HZ-HM600VZR is a remote lens control specifically calibrated for the GY-HM170U, GY-HM200U, GY-LS300CHU**, GY-HM600U, GY-HM650U, GY-HM850U** and GY-HM890U** Cameras. It plugs into the 2.5mm remote (LANC/Control-L) connector on the camera and is ideal when operating the camcorder using a tripod, jib, crane or boom*.
Remote functions are all conveniently available and controllable with a single hand. Zoom is achieved via a wide sweep variable rocker control. The focus is on the right side and is a rocker style control for manual focus. Iris control is achieved through two separate controls to either increase or decrease the lens iris. On the top right is the “R” button to manually control record start/stop. A red LED illuminates during recording.

The JVC HZ-FM15U is a manual focus control for Canon ENG/EFP lenses. This provides operators with precision manual focus control when operating from a tripod and can be useful in a variety of professional broadcast applications, including live event coverage and sports.

Multicore Studio Module for GY-HM790/890 (KA-M790G)
This adapter can be attached to the GY-HM790 series or GY-HM890 series for it to be used as a HD/SD studio camera.
By connecting to a Remote Control Unit (RM-HP790DU : sold separately), this adapter can be controlled from up to a distance of 100m away. In this case, power is supplied to the camera by the remote control unit, and thus a separate power supply is not needed for the camera. Also, you can choose to supply power from the battery using the [POWER SELECT] switch. Composite signals and Y/PB/PR component signals are output from the 26-pin camera connector.

At the heart of the camcorders are three 1/3″ 2.07 effective-megapixel CMOS sensors, each capable of capturing full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution images. There’s 12-bit processing via the on-board FALCONBRID™ high-speed engine, an excellent sensitivity of F12 (50Hz) and a remarkable signal-to-noise ratio, providing superior precision and colour reproduction with minimal aberration.
The GY-HM850/890CHE camcorders are equipped with the H.264 Extreme-High Quality (XHQ) 50Mbps (MOV) recording mode. MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 offers approximately twice the compression efficiency of conventional codecs and offers superior motion prediction for a smooth and detailed picture with virtually no block noise even when recording rapid action sequences. Added to this, the 50Mbps bit rate is high enough to support full 1920 x 1080 encoding in 50p or 50i, resulting in stunningly detailed HD images.
